Alternative Diet

SO i am starting an alternative diet the theme of this diet is to only eat uncooked foods with very few exceptions, its not an entirely fruitarian diet because i have had a bad experience with that !

Fruits – Banana, Apples, Pomegranate, Grapes,

Sprouts –

Vegetables – Carrots, Peas, Palak, Dhania, Kheera (cucumber), Flower,

Nuts – Groundnuts,

Chutney – Pudina Chutney, Ginger-Garlic Paste,

Dry Fruits –

Boiled Rajma,  Dals – Pulses (Occasionally)


Lemon Water

Ginger Garlic and Dhania Paste

Tamarind Water

Pudina Chutney
