Dry-Mango Powder (Amchur)

Garam Masala

Turmeric – Haldi

Lemon

Ghee

Instructions

Step 1 : Cut all the vegetables and add them to the pressure cooker – add very little water with the vegetables – don’t add too much water because it will make the recipe very watery

Step 2 : Cook the vegetables in the cooker in full burner and switch off the burner after 1 whistle … remove the steam and your vegetables are ready

Step 3 : add lemon over according to the taste
